Positioning

The message’s positioning is the main theme in the marketing for your home. It represents the distinct value your home offers in comparison to its competition on the market. Buyers are evaluating your home against the others, which is why we want your home to stand out from the competing houses.

Developing the positioning requires three steps: Assessing the home’s condition and highlight features compared to other similar home for sale, connecting those features to the current trends in buyer preferences, crafting the narrative to connect to the distinctive value your home offers.

Calls to Action

Calls to Action are created for different levels of buyer interest to connect with the viewer based on where they are in their home buying journey. The following calls-to-action may be used throughout the marketing mix for your home’s campaign:

Why did I become a real estate professional?

I love to have the opportunity to share my thoughts and advice on a subject that I’m passionate about, which is helping people to sell their current home or buy their next one in Montgomery County. Looking back, 20 years ago, my personal experience of buying and selling houses in Germantown was dismal. The agents hired to represent me missed critical steps that almost caused me to lose money and often sleepless nights.

As your real estate consultant, negotiator, and overseer of transactional details, I vow to provide a level of service that goes above and beyond expectations.

Where do I live?

Montgomery County, MD, is where I've been living for over 40 years. I raised my son in Germantown, a diverse and lively community with neighbors from different backgrounds, gorgeous lakes, and fresh food markets. I know Germantown, and the county well.

What's my favorite restaurant?

My home is the best place to enjoy a yummy meal. I love cooking with fresh and organic ingredients that I get from nearby farms and markets. I like to try out different recipes and cuisines and make dishes that are healthy and tasty.

Something people are surprised to learn about me?

I like photography. It's a hobby that lets me capture the beauty of the world and show my creativity. I like taking pictures of landscapes, portraits, wildlife, and abstract. I find photography to be a fun and relaxing activity that makes my life better.
